1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, but you must act quickly:

Standard Orders: Cancellation or modifications are allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.

Express Orders: Cancellation or changes must be made within 12 hours.
Once processing begins, we can’t guarantee changes. Please email contact@danilagifts.shop as soon as possible with your order number.
3. Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
Yes, we offer custom gifts and personalized items when specified on the product page.
Note: Custom items cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts.
4. Are all products in stock?
All products listed on our website are generally in stock. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we’ll contact you immediately for an alternative or a full refund.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can also track your shipment anytime on our Track Order page.
8. Are there any customs or import fees?
International customers may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on their country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.
9. What if my order is delayed?
While we strive to deliver on time, delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues may occur.
If your order is late, contact us with your tracking number and we’ll assist right away.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
